Telephone Calls

For telephone calls between appointments (first 5 minutes are free, any 15 minute portion thereafter) $ 9.00

Self Pay

You are not required to have insurance to receive services I offer a sliding fee scale which an income based scale that will allow you to receive services at a rate that you can afford. If you do not have insurance please ask about the sliding fee scale when you call to make your initial appointment.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
